She currently manages operations as well as provides customer service to new and existing clients. Melissa played collegiate volleyball for Taylor University and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business. She also recieved her MBA with Taylor University. Melissa continues to enjoy playing volleyball and also coaches club volleyball. Melissa is married and is active in her church, Union Chapel, in Muncie.

Zachary Loren Paschal Investment Operations Manager zach.paschal@nmfn.com 317-284-5331 Zach is a 2004 Ball State University graduate with a degree in Accounting. Zach is married to his wife Crystal, and in 2009 they had their first son, Daniel. Zach is heavily involved in Youth Ministry and serves on the deacon board and at new Life Community Church. Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and can be found watching Notre Dame Football and basketball games.
